Terms and Conditions
What These Terms Cover
These terms apply to anyone reading this website, which is run by Flooring La Porte, a flooring company working in La Porte, Texas and the surrounding area. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
The site is informational. It explains flooring materials and the services we offer. It does not sell products online, take payments or collect accounts.
Material Guides Are General Information
Our pages describe how hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, tile, laminate, carpet and other materials behave, including moisture tolerance, subfloor needs and wear. That information is general. Your slab, joists, humidity levels and existing floor all change what will actually work in your home.
Do not treat anything on this site as a final recommendation or a measurement for your project. Manufacturer specifications and installation requirements can also change, so check the documentation for the exact product you choose.
Prices, Scope and Agreements
Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote or a binding price. The scope and cost of any job depend on square footage, subfloor condition, removal of old flooring, transitions, stairs and the material selected. Those details are settled after we look at the space and talk with you, and the agreement made for that specific job governs the work, not the wording on these pages.
Contacting Us by Phone
Our phone line, (346) 248-3976, is the only way to reach us through this site. What you share on a call, such as your name, address and details about your floors, is used to answer your questions and plan any work you ask about. Please do not share payment card numbers on a first call. Our Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.
Ownership of Site Content
The text, layout and design of this website belong to Flooring La Porte. You may read and print pages for your own use while planning a flooring project. You may not copy, republish or sell the content without our written permission.
Limits on Our Responsibility
We work to keep the information here accurate, but we do not promise it is complete, current or free of errors, and the site may be unavailable at times. To the extent Texas law allows, Flooring La Porte is not responsible for losses that come from relying on general website content instead of an assessment of your actual floors.
Governing Law and Changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. We may update them when the site changes. The version posted on this page is the one that applies, so check back if you return later. Questions about these terms are welcome on our phone line at (346) 248-3976.
